ABOUT ME

I have always been in a close relationship with food and I noticed very early on that food has the power to create eternal memories using all our senses.

 

I knew where I wanted to be, and I have officially gained my first experience in the kitchen as a sixteen-year-old. During the following years, as a professional chef, I worked on many famous restaurants and projects in Zagreb such as ManO, Mali Bar, Šalša, Masterchef and many others.

 

In the middle of 2015, I started my adventure outside of Croatia,  exploring the world, cultures, I enriched my knowledge which eventually led me to work in one of the famous Michelin restaurants in Ireland. In early 2019, I went to a new island, Iceland, and was introduced to the Nordic bistro cuisine.  

 

Like most, during the pandemic, I faced a number of obstacles and began to reconsider my next step but travelling through Europe has created a desire for a new project.

Coincidentally, at the invitation of a dear colleague, I return to Zagreb, and participate as part of the food production at Masterchef show of the new season 2021.

 

After almost a total of two decades of experience in the kitchen, I turn to what combines my love, dedication, passion for food and style details into one, to share my extensive knowledge as a professional chef, food stylist and consultant.

The role of food stylist includes various disciplines - advertising, editorials, brand image, food events, recipe development, recipe testing, procurement of props, creating sets, stories and content, and consulting and many other possible collaborations .

 

With a wide range of services, innovations, insights, authenticity, testing and final results, I show that I offer more than just a stylist, by maintaining the integrity of the food because ultimately food is what matters.
